Onomichi City Museum of Art

尾道市立美術館

The Onomichi City Museum of Art, designed by world-renowned architect Tadao Ando, serves as an architectural symbol of Senkoji Park. The museum houses the works of Wasaku Kobayashi and Gyoku-un Hirata, both with ties to Onomichi, as well as that of French painter Georges Rouault. Highlights also include the cafe and museum shop (1F), and the terrace (2F) overlooking the Onomichi Channel and the Seto Inland Sea.
